参加者の得意料理や初めて作ってみたい料理のレシピを持ち寄り、型にはまらない自由な発想で料理を作ります。これが意外と面白く勉強になります。

今後は、機会があれば、広島在住の外国人のお国料理や有名店シェフの料理も教えて頂きます。

🍳 Cooking Club — Explore, Experiment, Enjoy

In our Cooking Club, we bring along recipes for dishes we want to try for the first time.

We also introduce our favorite or signature recipes, and sometimes cook with unconventional, creative ideas.

This approach is surprisingly fun — and we always learn something new.

We’re not afraid of failure — we just give it a try.

And through that, we gain the courage to try new things.

When the opportunity arises, we invite foreign residents in Hiroshima to share their home-country recipes with us.

We may even have a chance to learn from professional chefs in the future!
