私は、アプライドキネシオロジーを元に、オーリングを独学で習得しました。
カイロプラクターのジョージ・グッドハートが、カイロプラクティックを元に経絡などの中国医学の概念を取り入れて、1964年にアプライドキネシオロジーを考案しました。
この技法は筋肉テストと呼ばれます。
